MONDAY
Set up day – Exhibitors will be contacted with their access time to set up their booth.
TUESDAY
Exhibition will be open prior to the lunch break and will remain open throughout the day.
11:30 am to 4 pm
WEDNESDAY & Thursday
Exhibition will be open prior to the first morning break and will remain open throughout the day.
10:00 am to 4 pm
Upon form submission, within 48 business hours a confirmation email of booth selection will be sent along with instructions about booking any additional services, electrical, rentals, and an invoice.
The space will be held for 30 days after invoice creation for allow for payment to be processed.
